If you’re looking for a cozy spot with incredible coffee and warm, genuine service, this coffee house is an absolute gem!! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the friendly energy of the staff. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding service. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, but Anne deserves a special mention. Her welcoming smile and caring nature instantly brighten your day. She takes the time to remember regulars names and favorite drinks, and her attention to detail makes each visit feel personal and memorable. In short, this isn’t just a coffee house, it’s a place that warms your heart as much as your cup. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great coffee, friendly people, and genuine hospitality.

I've been coming to the Perfect Cup regularly since moving to the neighborhood in 2012. What keeps me coming back is the food (turkey panini is so good), coffee, and service. It has two large rooms (and in-season outside seating) so there's almost always a place to sit, even on busy weekends. I highly recommend this neighborhood gem.

My favorite spot for a cup of coffee. Great to sit outside or take for a walk around one of my favorite neighborhoods. WiFi login on the receipt allows you three hours of internet.

Cozy coffee spot near the damen brown line featuring the standard fair of drip and specialty drinks along with a selection of sandwiches. Plenty of seating space the double wide unit, primarily two tops. There's a little bit of merch along side art for sale up on the walls.. Worth stopping by if you're taking the brown line anywhere.

The Perfect Cup is the most cozy third space in this neck of Ravenswood; I often refer to it as my second living room. On any given day, there will be people quietly working, conversing, or tutoring in French since the French school is nearby. The jazz music heard overhead is the perfect backdrop to all of it. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, sometimes making rounds to the tables to make sure everyone has what they need. I hope The Perfect Cup never changes (other than rotating art on the walls). She's perfect just as is.

Loved my Americano. Not all coffee is the same and this is place centeainly better than Starbucks. Not sure how they compare to Ground Swell coffee which is in the same neighborhood.

Perfect Cup is one of my favorite coffee spots! Anne and her team are so kind and welcoming to the community and it's so cool to have a local spot like this in the neighborhood. They have great food, but the coffee is my favorite. I love to put on a pair of headphones on the couch and work, read or vibe.
